1. Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a refund only in the following cases:

  1. The purchased course is not assigned to your account within its validity period from the date of purchase.
  2. You have been charged twice for the same course (duplicate payment).

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept refund requests in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Inability to attend live sessions or complete the course for personal reasons.
  • Issues related to your internet connection, device compatibility, or technical setup at your end.
  • Any reason other than those listed under Refund Eligibility.

3. Refund Request Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@careerarise.com.
  • Please include:
    • Your Order ID
    • Proof of payment
    • Reason for the refund request
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Since our courses are digital and accessible instantly after purchase, cancellation is not permitted once the course content is assigned to your account.
