REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – Careerarise

At Careerarise, we value our learners and strive to ensure a smooth experience across both the Careerarise Website and Careerarise Mobile Application. However, due to the nature of digital courses and instant access to learning materials, we follow a strict no-refund policy except for the situations mentioned below.
1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
You are entitled to a refund only in the following cases:
1. The purchased course is not assigned to your account within its validity period from the date of purchase.
2. You have been charged twice for the same course due to duplicate payment.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
We do not accept refund requests in the following situations:
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Inability to attend live sessions or complete the course for personal reasons.
• Issues related to internet connection, device compatibility, or technical setup at your end.
• Any reason other than those listed under Refund Eligibility.
3. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
• All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@careerarise.com or support@careerarise.com.
• Please include:
– Your Order ID
– Proof of payment
– Reason for refund request
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Since our courses are digital and accessible instantly after purchase, cancellation is not permitted once the course content is assigned to your account.
5. POLICY CHANGES
Careerarise reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
