Welcome to Careerarise. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Careerarise Mobile Application and Careerarise Website (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies, govern your relationship with Careerarise regarding the use of our Services.

7. LINKING TO CAREERARISE

You may not create a link to Careerarise from another website, application, document, or other medium in a manner that falsely suggests an affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization by Careerarise without prior written permission.

8. PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY

  • Payments for digital courses and other paid services are processed through the available payment gateway.
  • Transactions are processed only after successful authorization by the applicable payment gateway, bank, or payment service provider.
  • Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy, payments for digital courses are final and non-refundable.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

  • All courses, lectures, study materials, mock tests, practice resources, and other educational content are provided for educational and examination-preparation purposes.
  • Careerarise does not guarantee any particular examination result, rank, selection, employment, job placement, income, or financial outcome.
  • Individual results may vary depending on factors including preparation, effort, performance, examination conditions, and other circumstances beyond Careerarise’s control.
  • Careerarise is an independent educational platform and does not represent or claim to be an official government entity, examination authority, board, university, or other official institution unless expressly stated otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Careerarise shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome arising directly or indirectly from your use of, or reliance upon, the Services or educational materials.
